Your mother was going to a dance club. There she met her best friend. She talked to him about everything. He fell in love with her through her dance, and during their friendship, his feelings grew. She didn’t realise it and went out with another boy. They dated for half a year. She discussed everything with her best friend. She has hurt him, not knowing about anything.
After breaking up, he was there for her to help her. He wanted to tell her, but he couldn’t. He felt like it wasn’t fair to her. She found another love, and she was so happy with him. They did argue sometimes, but they dated for a few years. It looked like they would get married. Eventually, they broke up.
Her best friend was there again. He gave up on her and was dating another at that time. Now he got the courage to tell her the truth before she finds another guy.
“I have to confess something to you. I wanted to tell you this for a long time,” he sighed. “I had feelings for you. I loved you.”
She was shocked. She hasn’t expected something like this.
“I know you never felt something similar to me. That’s why I moved on, and now I’m dating a girl who loves me back as much as I love her. I am sorry that I am too late,” he stood up.
Your mother hasn’t realised until now that she likes him too, she loves him. It was too late for anything. She knew that. She started to cry. He turned around and hugged her for the last time.
“Don’t cry. You are so beautiful when you smile or laugh,” he looked at her as he wiped away her tears.
They looked into each other eyes, and she kissed him. He kissed her back and then pulled away.
“Goodbye. Be happy. See you in future,” he said and walked away.
She cried her heart out because one person who was so precious to her had left her alone. She hoped she would meet him in future. She would wait for him. He was her true love.
